It’s worded poorly but I think he means they were coming down the high rise and went towards the city instead of hitting the split and coming towards lakeview / Metairie.

Thats that I was trying to say. I saw the driver headed towards the city coming down the highrise. He had the option to head towards Lakeview at the split which would have left him on I-10
Traffic headed INTO New Orleans coming from Baton Rouge was already a mess so this incident has nothing to do with that.

Bayou liberty? That’s in Slidell that would take the chase on some smaller roads in Slidell well before getting to the interstate
