13 years is insanely young, but I think we've all had kids in our classes in middle school who had some sexual experience. I'm sure its gotten more and more prevalent over time too.

I'm not big into rodeos but the Angola one is awesome. I've been a couple times and never felt unsafe. I think it's a good learning experience for kids but obviously wouldn't leave them unwatched.
Some of the crafts and artwork are pretty awesome too. Sad to see the wasted talent in that place.
