Prior Indy mayor was Republican, now a Democrat is in charge. That certainly doesn’t help anything. Usually once it gets really cold in the winter that helps the murders slow down somewhat. I can get everything I need outside of I-465, so I don’t really venture into the unsafe areas. Hamilton County is great except for all the Californians moving to Carmel.

The older I get, the more accepting I become of strict gun laws. Too many trashy and mentally unstable people ruin it for the rest of us.
Yes, I own several guns. Yes, I stand by my point above.

Yeah because ‘stricter gun laws’ would do what?
These numbers would be 30% higher with ‘stricter gun laws’.
Why?
Because several murders, assaults, attacks, etc are prevented everyday because the would be assailant thinks, “that motherfricker may have a gun and shoot me first, if I attack him/her.”
They then go about their day and the would be victim does as well.

New York (443 as of Dec. 5) and Los Angeles (352 as of Nov. 27)
This seems like a lie
They’re both in the thousands most likely

Baton Rouge isn’t a “major city”.

And did they forget about Chicago?
Chicago has always been murdering probably won’t touch the 80s numbers
But that’s only because they’ve most likely fudged the numbers to appease the Dems
There’s easily been over 1500 murders, they just won’t tell you that

It's a state capital and very much fits in with the subject at hand for this infographic.

The vast majority of these crimes aren't committed with legal guns. Why punish the portion of the population that isn't involved? I think we should have stiffer penalties for violent felons. Keep them off of the streets. New guns laws won't do anything.

Cause we all know that everyone follows every law on the books.
No one speeds, drives drunk, steals anything etc, etc, etc.
Are people seriously stupid enough to think that criminals will follow stricter guns laws and that it wouldn’t just be normally law abiding citizens?

I didn’t realize Louisville and Indianapolis were so bad.

Louisville was really bad on the west end when I lived there. I saw a guy get stabbed in the middle of a crosswalk one night
