EBR is fricked because the electorate is majority NBR types. Until the black community fixes itself- and ONLY the black community can do so- EBR is screwed.

That was all of the noise at Episcopal?

Dude that's the small meet. Episcopal hosts two major meets every Spring. The 2nd one on April 5th is huge. It's the Josten Invitational. Some good history and talent have set records at this meet.
Walk your arse down and drink some shots in the parking lot with me and cuss the rich folks.

both cities don't even come close to the killings in Chicago, but just look at who runs those cities and you have your answer.

Sources tell UWK that the mother of the 11-year-old rushed him to Our Lady of the Lake, but we’re told he died at the hospital.

The juvenile suspect, who has not yet been identified by police, was also shot.

LINK

The 17yo shooter was also shot, maybe by the 11yo?

Alexandria had an 11 year old shot south of MacArthur and west of Masonic. The “good” side of town. Was within 400 yards of a junior high and about 1/2 mile from an elementary school.

I am not sure it made the news.
It did make the news. Mayor commented

We have 17 year olds and 11 year olds doing battle on the mean streets now?

No officials seem to care.
