Many of these are valid. Many are bullshite. The #1 if the races are reversed is: Don't assume all "white" people are the same. A close second is "Recognize that black people are just as, if not more racist, toward white people, but especially toward other black people."
I worked with a lady a few years ago. She is a black woman from Michigan. She liked to talk to me about the culture shock she experienced moving here. The thing that stood out to her the most was how badly black people, especially black women, treat each other.

If life for black people is so bad here, why don’t they just leave? I would never live somewhere I thought I was truly oppressed.

The best way to deal with nonsense like this is to continue living a good life and disregarding fodder like this. Continue to be a family man and raise your kids right. Don’t let the noise in and live a good life, it is the best way to combat this kind of behavior and not give it legs. These people are just miserable trolls who are jealous of what others have. They will live their lives as victims until the grave.

Well I tried to post the counter and was politely warned that I was touching on being racist, so I will refrain so my smart arse topic post and thank the moderators for their mercy.
Racism definitely exist, my son had several black friends whose families were good friends of ours at his prep school, and were doctors etc and I was personally stunned at some of the stories they told. They were literally whiter than my son in every way but skin color. That’s ridiculous and disgusting.
My past is my past, I try to be fair to everyone, and I realize that people from poor black families have to overcome much more than I did and I didn’t have it easy as my father died when I was young.
That said quit asking me to apologize for being white. I can’t help that anymore than you can whatever color you are.

A few ways people of color can make life less frustrating for people of color and everyone else
1. Stop blaming everyone else for your problems
2. Stop relying on other people to fix your problems especially ones created for yourself...by yourself
3. Stop thinking anyone gives a frick about your opinion more than their own
