10 people in China burned to death because of Covid lockdowns

7China is trying to reach zero Covid and has welded people into apartment buildings, will arrest you if you leave, and has put up roadblocks everywhere.
The roadblocks made it impossible for firefighters to get to the building

And no other residents tried to help because they were either welded in or scared to get arrested for leaving
Welding people in
The last screams of the people who were burned to death
Messages of the victims begging for help
It has sparked mass protests but now they are arresting anyone involved in the protest and are even going to their apartments to issue a summons if they are even suspected of being involved.

But police brutality against a lifelong criminal high AF on fentanyl is abhorrent.

Not really. The entire world was locked down because no one really knew how bad it was. There was mass panic at first. The difference is what they did after things calmed down and we learned it wasn't as bad as initially thought. Desantis quickly stopped the BS in FL and Trump was trying to end it but could only do so much due to that silly thing called states rights.
It's a stupid talking point unless you go into depth and tell the full story.
