I know it has to be some type of mental issues. Its not normal to get aroused at the material they were looking at (it makes me sick to even say it like that), but its just one thing I don't think should ever be tolerated. People like this should never be allowed to be free in society.

Not necessarily, files can be misnamed, and sometimes files can be hidden into data. Trust me, there is a whole world out there of people who have learned to hide files in code. You don't always download what you think you download. Trojan Horse says hello.
