I understand being concerned and vigilant but that seems out of whack with the current reaction. Italy also has a population whose median age is 9 years older than the United States at 47.3 making more folks susceptible.

I've tried bringing logic to this issue. Sadly it seems people have decided to act like the sky is falling and nothing will stop them

I dont really get what the point of that number is. Its meaningless since it depends on them being tested. .025% of people being sick overwhelms their healthcare system?

The Spanish flu killed 50 million people because people ignored it or didn’t think it was a big deal. A similar response today would kill over 250 million.
