If your actions in your home or elsewhere violate the rights of others it is cause for arrest. In your home or car (in LA) you can have a gun, but if you lift it and point at someone, that can be charged as number of things from brandishing to assault.
The same principle applies to sexual acts. You are not correct regarding the comment about sexual conduct in your window. The victim would have to prove intent which would be very difficult, but if it happened twice, it would be a lewd act no matter the intent.

Finding appropriate places to choke the chicken — in private — is not hard. If your location choice is public, you’ve got other issues. And if you feel the need to punish the unit in public, I’d want you arrested. You just don’t let one fly where others can see.

No, you can’t. I forgot the legal term for it, but if the windown is open and people can see you doing sex acts, you can get in trouble. Now, whether or not the police choose to actually follow through with the arrest is on them.
