Yes and the process should’ve started when we were 2-4 and obviously not going anywhere.

For example: We had a chance to trade Kamara for value and now he’s a negative asset.

Should have started last year. We would be half way done and headed back in the positive. We can’t though because of all the deferred money our books kicking the can down the road. The fact is this team will have to play more or less how it’s constructed now for at least the next 2 years before you start to get out of some of those bad deals. Then you start to rebuild from there when you will have your draft capital back plus I suspect a couple extra picks here and there when we move players when their contracts allow. No 1st rounders but you will gain a few extra day 2 or 3 picks for people like Kamara but it’s going to be a long road. 4 year minimum and could be closer to 6 or 7. That’s how bad we screwed ourself with contracts and older players not playing up to their deals. Finding the right head coach will be the difference in a quick rebuild and a long one.

belichek does it right, he doesnt give the MT and kamara fully guaranteed bloated contracts impossible to get out off, he tells them they get league average pay or hit the road.

and he sure as hell doesnt trade all his future picks to move up 5 or 6 spots to reach for players ruining his future drafts

you cannot start the process until the guys doing the trades and drafts are fired and you get guys in there who understand you cannot sell your future for today

I said in the off-season we should have got the cheapest qb available to start and get our cap in order. Now we will be sitting with more dead cap on the Winston deal and Honey Badger deal. Team is a mess.

Spot on. What was Loomis thinking chasing Watson and kicking the can on extensions to prepare to sign. Then he doubled down with two Mrs. B visits. Was she going to offer her massages to differentiate from other owners?

Should’ve just signed Dalton or Minshew and rolled.

What are you talking about? We had retards on this forum cheerleading the fact that we were a game out of first place like 2 weeks ago.

Going nowhere, huh? Pffft...

You really believe kamara became a negative asset in 6 games?

He’s older now, has 6 games of shitty tape, and he will be suspended next season

We 1000% should have traded him to a team like the Bills at the deadline. Same thing with CJG.

We left major draft compensation on the table by panic trading CJG and not striking while the iron was hot on Kamara.
