It was gonna be done yesterday, then today, then a decision was imminent. Now it's after the weekend and the Falcons have pushed back Ryan's bonus till Tuesday
That tells me the decision has already been made and maybe both sides want the next few days to get some affairs in order.

They agreed to push back the decision until Tuesday.
