I like it downtown too, but i have two big gripes. First, its not close enough to the quarter to walk. Second, tailgating. New Orleans should be the tailgating mecca of football. 1. Not close enough to the Quarter to walk? Unless you are handicapped, you're a wuss.

2. I agree, the idea of tailgating for a pro game that begins at NOON is a joke. Something that Yankees do in paved parking lots in places like Pittsburgh, Chicago and Cleveland... the best tailgating is done on a CAMPUS with greenery and trees around,on Saturday afternoons for 2:30 or night games.
