We're still going to have a very high pick (unless Shough goes on a tear) and we don't have to be the #1 pick to find a serious game changer.
Even if we thought Shough wasn't the guy, the consensus is there isn't a QB who is obviously;y worth the #1 overall so... enjoy it, I guess?

Also, there is already enough rigging going on in professional sports all across the board. The last thing leagues need are teams purposely trying to lose.
