Saints at home on Sunday majority of the time is noon game.

I thought your national games got picked for Sunday night slots. I don’t really know how they plan that out though.
I do see big freaking game, and that start time would be pretty early for those west coast boys.

You understand that is the National game for everyone to see, but even if it wasn't West Coast teams often kickoff in the 3pm window.
Kicking off at noon means showing them at 10am on the West Coast.

There are seven games kicking off at noon. There are three games kicking off at 3ish. There is one game kicking off at 7.
Of the 3pm games, one has national coverage. So, that leaves the overwhelming majority of the nation watching Saints and Rams at 3pm and Packers and Patriots at 7pm.
