I don’t know a single person irl who cares about the Saints who doesn’t either believe wholeheartedly that Brees is a racist or that Brees is a pussy. And every single one of those people, to a man, is pissed at the Saints and wants nothing to do with them. Some also believe the organization helped cover up child diddling by the New Orleans Catholic Arch Diocese. A huge swath of them had given up on the Saints and the NFL years ago due to the kneeling and the non-call in the NFC Championship Game.
Let me put it this way, the NFL, and the Saints in particular, have a HUGE PR problem and will be hurting really bad soon if they cannot find a way to bring back fans who have been turned off by all of this off the field nonsense.

And attendance has been steadily dropping as ticket prices on the secondary market have noticeably dropped.

Unfortunately, I am friends with lots and lots of reactionary Facebook types of all political persuasions. At least 80% of the vocal ones are hard core commies.

To be fair I was told this several seasons in a row by Tulane athletics (go on and make the jokes) and was always able to renew my 45 yard line seats with no problem... they will always tell you that seats are going to sell well to get you to buy them asap.

You are absolutely right. You might not be doing this because I don’t look at usernames that’s often, but the people who feel the way you do should do something else besides express that view over and over on this board. The board has become “I can’t stand all these athletes and blm who shove their opinion down my throat” while turning around and shoving their own opinion down everyone’s throat. If you don’t want to support the nfl or saints why sit on this board?
