The team being unprepared and the milquetoast answers after an arse kicking by the Falcons on anniversary night is just unacceptable. Appreciate him picking Tyler and think he's developed him great, but confidence in him being able to lead and prepare on gameday is wavering

Tomlin, Gruden for the knowns are out there.l and would be my top choices I think

Maybe McDermott? Flores? but would rather not pick a defensive coach because of the OC carousel every year

Stop it.

You can begin this conversation next year if things remain shitty.

Well it's assuming we keep getting our asses kicked. I'd rather make the change early and at least make some noise and piss people off with a Tomlin, Gruden or Belichick. frick it

This dejected not pissed off stuff is not cutting it

Tomlin, Gruden or Belichick if we don't win more than 7 games

So then you accept milquetoast Kellen's post game presser after that drubbing?

tantrums don't win games.

something needs to change with O Line scheme or players or both.

we need to continue to add talent to team. we were still coming out the bad cap years. getting off a few vets after season.

Kellen and Shough together ain't broke so don't go screwing that up just yet.

Tantrums, no. It's moreso do the coaches have what it takes to demand respect and prepare the players for these games

Kellen admitted they weren't prepared in the postgame interview. That's a problem

We may need a new coach, but not these old fricks.

It's pretty known what the formula is. Smart, young offensive guy, preferably from the Shanny/McVay tree. Kellen Moore may not work out, but he's also lacks the proper pedigree. You don't abandon that for the opposite (old, uncreative retreads, especially the defensive ones)

What makes you think the team was unprepared. I saw a team that was physically whipped.

That's not important to me.

We drafted three wide receivers and one TE that caught a total of one pass against the Falcons. Our second rounder didn’t even dress out. I definitely have reservations about Kellen‘s game decisions, but talent is our real issue

Kellen's own words. Did you listen to the pc?

Also the offensive struggles early are becoming a huge problem. Apparently this a career long thing for him

Predictable play calling

Well we let him out of the building. At least get a coach that can prepare the team to play
