I want him back!

Those 5 minutes he had at that practice that one time were sensational.
Who knows when/if he’ll be healthy.

What's the rush? May not happen until the season starts. Why waste cap if you don't even know if he can play?

Let’s see if he can even get back to NFL levels of athleticism again. It’s been a few months from a horrific injury after a year off. He’s way more likely to never play again than be an impact player.

Needs to clear a physical first, then they will probably have him go through a full tryout again. My guess would be mid-training camp at the earliest.

He is a nice piece of cheap labor.

Hope he gets a shot, but I've read in another thread on Rankins that the achilles recovery is 10 months to a year. Couple people saying Rankins may miss significant time. I assume that would apply to Dez as well since his injury happened like, what, 2 months before Rankins? And he's a lot older.

When do we re-sign Dez Bryant
you can bank on them wanting him
he first needs to clear physical and then i expect to see him sign pretty much the same kind of "prove it" deal as last year

It looks like they are ok with depending on one of Kirkwood, Treyquan, Meredith or Dez to step up and take that #2 behind Thomas.
Yikes

After the injury, understand that Sean visited him in the hospital & said, “Let’s try again next year”. Will have to see how the rehab goes imo.
