I think I would give Teddy at least two weeks (probably 3 based on the schedule) of being the starter and if he’s just arse for all 3, go to Taysom.

Teddy was essentially taking his 1st meaningful snaps in like 3 years, of course he looked like shite. Give him a full week with the 1st team, and let's see what he can do out there.
If he's just completely awful next week or just meh, you can slowly start to get Taysom into the gameplan more, like you said.

I would play Hill and run all RPO the next 6 weeks assuming a coach on staff still knows how to call this. Ironically, losing Joe Brady actually sucks now for the Saints

No, because he was a terrible passer last year, and completely one-dimensional. This year, Harbaugh has tailored their offense to his strengths, something I think Payton could do with Hill.
