What QB would you be OK with in the 3rd round?

Ward, Sanders, and Dart will be long gone before the 3rd round. I don't think any of the remaining QBs are worth a 2nd round pick. I'm fine with anyone in the 4th or later, but the 3rd round is a gray zone for me.

Options may include Ewers, Milroe, Shough, Howard, and McCord, Would you be Ok with one of those in the 3rd?

I think I'd be fine with one of that group with our second 3rd round pick (93), but none of them with pick 71. Ewers is probably my least favorite.

None of them. This is a horribly weak qb class. Some of these guys being spoken about in the 3rd round or so would be 5th rounders at best in most drafts. If you aren’t taking one of the top 3 guys then why waste a pick on a backup qb at best? This team is void of young talent and you want to draft a backup instead of a potential starter that could produce? This is the type of shite that keeps bad teams bad.

I don't think the Saints should take any QBs in this draft unless you're looking for a backup or practice squad guy. Don't see any of this year's QB's being long term contributors. No one in the pack has shown to be an outstanding leader nor did they dominate competition at the college level.

National championship game Offensive MVP Will Howard says hi. I wouldn't draft him ipuntil the 4th, but come on.

I wouldn’t mind taking a shot on McCord honestly

McCord and Milroe have standout physical traits even by NFL standards and could potentially play in the league. The rest are camp bodies.

I think someone’s gonna take Milroe earlier than expected, but it’s gonna be a giant mistake.

Hi Will Howard. You're right, he's a good leader just don't believe he's outstanding. He's probably the best of the group mentioned.

Any QB we pich in the 3rd round would be a wasted pick.
He would be another Rattler at best.

Absolutely none. 3rd round prospective QBs never really work out league wide. 3rd round will get you one of the higher end running backs in most drafts, a potentially starting or 3rd wr, an interior lineman starter, middle linebacker starter, etc.

Why is this such a horribly weak qb class? Because someone told you that?

JJ Mccarthy was taken 10th overall last year while throwing for under 3,000 yards and just 22 touchdowns.

Please explain to me why Mccarthy is worth a first round pick and guys like Dart, Milroe, Howard, Ewers are so horribly weak.

If you don't have a franchise QB, you should be picking a QB at some point every single year.

I wouldn’t draft any qb this year. Ewers woukd be my pick in the late third if forced to pick one.

Not to say that QBs picked past the 1st or even top of the 2nd never pan out, but historically it's a VERY small number that ever become starters.

In a weak class like this I wouldn't waste a pick unless using 9 on it, and not sure I'd even want them to do that this year.

Not where you typically draft starting players and QBs damn near never pan out. Thats retarded and how bad teams get even worse. 2nd and 3rd essentially never produce “franchise” QBs league wide and there are just as many starters who were drafted later.

If you want to take a flier do it later, not where you need to actually find starting players.

In a spot that would’ve been a first rounder today. But have at it hoss. Go down the list of the entire nfl and find me all the non Hurts QBs that you would want starting from rounds 2 and 3.

The Saints don't need a QB from the 3rd round, get one in the first round or wait until next year.
