What if we used SOME of the package to move up for a QB in the draft?

I know most people don't really believe in the QBs of this draft, I know I don't. But, the team might. Most of us wouldn't have believed in Mahomes or Allen coming out and look at them now.

What if the team used some picks (not nearly the volume we were gonna give for Watson, but some) to go up high and get a guy they liked? Pickett or otherwise? How would you feel?

Not suggesting it just getting the idea out there

They could easily do that.

I actually like willis but he is going to take some time.

This is a bad year for qbs.

I think that is why they were trying so hard to get in on watson.

Move up for who? Not sure there is that dude worth trading up for. Seems like a weak class, but of course I could be wrong!

Willis is the guy I like most, but I don’t feel like having to take on such a project. This sucks. I was so excited about the possibility of getting a game changing QB. Grind it out football here we come :(

Why would I move up for someone like Pickett? He’s not even the consensus best qb in the draft ?

no, because there is no one there to go get

now if they trade the 1st and 2nds this year to get more picks next year then maybe there will be QBs worth drafting or trading for

beyond that the smart move is to sure up the lines and backfield and get some more FAs

Man that’s a tough ask for the fan base.

Sitting on a ton of cap space and trade away picks this year for next years draft and roll with Taysom at QB?

Dennis Allen is like “Bruh.”

no one in this draft is worth giving anything up for to go get

Hell No. This year's crop of QB's suck. Get Winston signed and draft from a much better class of QB's next year.

Dennis Allen needs to win right away. He's not taking over a team thats looking for a 3-4 year rebuild. He got the job based on him being able to continuing winning, making the playoffs & contending for the Super Bowl.

He don't have the time to wait on a project QB, he needs one thats ready to roll now.
