What happened to the Saints?

I gave up NFL football after the No Call, but Ive kept up with some teams like the Bengals because of my wife's crush on Joe.
Ive rarely turned on the TV especially for a Saints game, but I figured after some of yall hyped them up and especially our QB id tune in to today's game.
Why do we look exactly the same as we did 3-4 years ago? I mean for God's sake, we haven't moved on from Juan Johnson yet? Our passing game looks like we have Jameis Winston back there.
I used to spend hours hyped for a Saints game, but Im already wondering in what quarter is this nap going to take place.

We were a 3-13 team that won a few meaningless games at the end of last season to inflate our fans hopes going into this year.
Now with a team trying we are probably a 5-12 or 6-11 team.

But I still watch because habit but I really don't care if they win or not because the NFL is rigged and is a step above WWE. I take it for what it is now "Entertainment"

No, which is why this is concerning. Brother, we dont look like we've improved AT ALL in the last 4 years. Our 30 yr old QB isnt impressive. Our run game and blocking looks awful. Our defense is allowing the Lions to move the ball freely while we have multiple 3 and outs.
Where is the improvement? Id love to have hope that the next drive something improves, but we haven't even improved from the first drive.
Our leading rusher is a WR. Our QB is 3/9 for 37 yards.
