I would have given anything to see Roger Goodell on the witness stand being cross-examined as to …. Did the referees blow the call in the “No Call” Saints Rams Game.

Asking Goodell under oath if the League benefit by having the Saints fuuuked over and Rams getting to play in the SuperBowl versus the Saints. Then presented evidence the league did benefit by screwing over the Saints.

Fuuuuckkk Goodell !!!

Publicity stunt to drum up his name… which apparently didn’t work because I don’t remember his name either

Can't sue them for that. It's an Entertainment league. A Jets fan tried suing for the Pats videoing. He left empty handed. They can do whatever they want with the games.

Wish the Saints had their fans backs after that robbery. My interest went down significantly after all that.

The NFL is no different that Professional Wrestling. Both are Sports Entertainment and anything goes.

Tony LeMon?

Tony LeMon, attorney and Saints super fan, won in court today when Orleans Parish Civil District Judge granted his motion to compel discovery in his lawsuit against the NFL over the controversial call in the Saints/Rams playoff game. -Sep 9, 2019

Tony bleeds black and gold (although mostly gold).

Answer this question. If you were fixing a game, is that how you would do it? Wait until the team you don’t want to win is driving for a go ahead TD late in the game. Wait til 3rd down when they throw a pass hope the team you want to win commits blatant pass interference and have the refs not call it. Making the team you don’t want to win kick a go ahead FG instead. Then have the team you want to win drive to mid field kick a FG at the gun to tie it. Then have the team you want to lose WIN THE TOSS in OT before committing a turnover and the team you want to win kicks a 57 yard FG

Yes. That’s exactly how I would do it

You can't sue for outcome, if you could professional wrestling would not exist. You get a product, the outcome is not guaranteed, just the entertainment you received (good or bad).

He took it all the way to the Supreme Court and lost. He had no chance from the beginning.

Sue for what exactly? What was to gain? It’s entertainment and game is over and in the books. Everyone knows it was a suspicious no call but that’s life. It’s over and done.

If they allowed suits like this to proceed there would be weekly suits all season. Just not gonna happen. It’s a frickin’ game.

I think it was a horrendously bad and blown call that highlights the arrogance of officials and their attitude.

Goodell would just say, yes, they blew the call. Game is over. Not a damn thing he could do about the game result. Fire the refs is about it. By him admitting they blew the call, as everyone on the planet would agree, it’s over and done with.
