Pray that Ben Johnson and Bobby Slowik take the most attractive jobs so that way Kubiak leans towards staying rather than take a shite job somewhere else.
Slowik and Kubiak worked together under Shanny so maybe Kubiak will take Slowik's path and interview for jobs but stick around until the right one comes around

Let him prove himself this year. If he guides the Saints with 11-12 wins and we go deep in playoffs.he will get well deserved raise with contract extension. Until that happens, stop with this bs.

Maybe we can give him the salary of a head coach and keep him at OC? Same pay but not as much pressure/responsibility. I know that probably sounds crazy, but if I am him, I could be on board with that.
