If you watched this video...and you came to a different conclusion than I did based on what you saw, then we would simply disagree. But, that's not "speculation".
You suggesting that one can't form an opinion on how hard this crash was when the crash is shown in the video is hilarious.

It's the very definition of speculation.
That video doesn't show anything clear about that impact. It's hilarious that you are doing exactly what you criticized me and now are calling me irrational for doing the other week. quote:

That's just it though, the video isn't clear. It's blurry, far away, dark, and slowed down. If you'd like to say there was not a 50mph impact, I'm more than happy to agree with you. But beyond that, you're talking out of your arse just as much as anyone else has been. The only difference is you think your speculation is correct because it's yours.

the other video, coupled with the video of traffic in front of Hayes, just proved how wrong you were, which is what made it so great.
