I disagree. The original accident didn't appear to cause any damage to either vehicle. I vote it a .5.
You are arguing a half a point on a subjective scale of 1 to 10.

I would have and should have voted it a 0. No damage.
The only significance is that it likely pissed off Mr. Hayes.

from what I can tell smith got out first. hayes didnt have any light colored clothing on.
Bro, is this post serious? The Mercedes is completely shoved out of the frame of view. That door swinging open is on the Hummer. And don't pretend that you can see shirt color in that vid. Try to be objective.

If you look at Smith's lips, he clearly says brother why you stopped so abruptly? You petrified me back there!

If you follow Smith's taillight, you can see at :15, that his door opening obscures the taillight of the Impala in front of him. You can also see the Hummer door open.
I think this video shows both Smith and Hayes exiting their vehicles about the same time.

Boo, if you see all that, I'm sure your time and services would be much more appreciated inspecting Korean Nuclear plants for NATO.

Follow Smith's taillight with your cursor.
The lights ahead/above will be from the Impala.
It clearly shows the lights in front of the SUV being blacked out by the door opening.
FYI, I'm not blind and my eyes are half a century old.

I think your confusion is that you don't understand how to interpret these videos.
Yea, no. Just because I don't share your speculation doesn't mean I'm wrong and you're right.

You've been wrong consistently.
That's just not true, but since you and LE and the Keebler elf keep repeating it, I'm sure you actually believe it. I was wrong about one thing, which I admitted after he other angle was posted.

Again, not sharing your opinion doesn't make me irrational. But congrats on the flexibility to blow yourself. I hear that takes a lot of work to achieve.

You inspected the vehicles?

if you can say that smith didnt hit hayes then i can say whatever I want. at least in the hit and run video it is absolutely clear what happened.

Now you're trolling and baiting.
I'll help you with your English:
Definition of appear (intransitive verb)
to be obvious or easily perceived;
I saw multiple videos/pictures of the back of the Hummer.
I'll repeat. The original accident didn't seem (synonym of appear) to cause any damage to either vehicle.

I didn't say that. Not even one time. You are projecting.

then i can say whatever I want.
And you've just identified the problem with these Will Smith threads.

You are arguing with someone who rated that accident as the lowest possible value on the scale.
You are having trouble keeping up.

You don't understand the difference.
I'm interpreting what I see. You were interpreting (incorrectly) what you assumed was the case even though you could not see in front of the vehicle. You=speculation. Me=interpretation. In the end, could my conclusion be wrong? Sure. It's possible. But there is a big difference between what you did and what I'm doing.
You are confused because you don't understand the difference.

Blowing myself? I've drawn two very simple conclusions specific to this video. I'm not special for being capable of it. You are special for being incapable.

From the Advocate article.
Lightly struck. The two bumpers "kissed."
quote:
Footage from a couple of businesses on Magazine show Smith's Mercedes may have lightly struck Hayes' Hummer as the two vehicles were approaching traffic stopped at a red light before the Mercedes drove off and the Hummer followed.
