The latest on Falcons and Watson-- there's a possible meeting, but nothing official set yet for today. Still some things that all sides are working through before any meeting with Watson can happen. @GMFB

The Texans probably didn’t like their offer of Matt Ryan and a signed Samuel L. Jackson glossy 8x10.

Loomis calling Texans and saying block the Atl meeting and we’ll throw in…

Since it was mentioned yesterday, i have seriously thought it’s just a smoke screen for the Saints to up their offer. I think Houston tried that by leaking out he was having a meeting with San Fran but that got shot down quick

It was stated that the meetings with NO, Car, and Cle only happened after there were agreed upon terms between those teams and the Texans, this just seems like there hasn't been a feasible trade proposed by the Falcons yet.

Yeah this is what some local guys on the radio in Houston are saying they are hearing as well.

Today is shite or Get Off the Pot Day.
There's no more time, Free Agency "officially" starts today and players that were waiting on this just aren't going to wait much longer. If they have a deal in hand they may take it. Cap Space evaporates too quickly.
So Deshaun, make your decision today so everyone can move on.

Totally my opinion here, but I think Saints presented an offer to Houston and the Texans didn't think it was as good as Carolina's but they allowed Watson to meet with the Saints knowing they would need more if Watson chose NO. I think DW ultimately has chosen the Saints and what we are seeing now is Houston not accepting the terms until the Saints improve their offer and the easiest way to accelerate that is to involve the Falcons, our rival and Watson's home team.
Watson isn't changing his mind, this is on the Saints holding firm.
Again, my opinion.

Feels like after all is said and done we will be getting a tweet like OBJ saying it was really close between us and whoever he goes to.

If this is the case, the Texans could play game back by telling Watson they won't approve saints offer. Might not work, but it might
