There were no cars at that intersection. I have direct video to back that up. Prove me wrong. I'll wait.

What about that pic he took with Pierre and the cop who allegedly shot Hayes's father? It says "courtesy of facebook", so could it have been posted before the accident? Could Hayes, possibly being a follower of PT or WS have seen the pic before the murder?

Its no more insane that LE's theories. LOL

C. Forett threw that out there.

He could have been cyber stalking Smith.

It's all going to come out. Let the facts present themselves, like everybody defending Hayes keeps saying.

ghetto amnesia like im black or I've ever lived in one. Bring your Racist arse somewhere else. I grew up on a farm and have a very wealthy family and own my own business. I just don't cloud my judgement because he played football for my favorite professional team. Im just saying everyone should let the legal system take its course before saying this guy was out looking for blood. If he was such a cold blooded murderer then why did he wait for the cops to get there?

actually the witness said that

The witness said Smith alluded that he had a gun. The witness DID NOT say Smith threatened to shoot Hayes. Get it right.

The Imminent Danger standard is REALLY high for civilians. Cops not as much, but for civilians it is super strict.

Even him saying he has a gun and retreating to his vehicle doesn't appear to be enough at all.

And like I said, I'm not sure Stand your Ground would even apply to Hayes, so retreat was definitely an option instead of screaming I HAVE A GUN TOO and blasting him indiscriminately.

I don't agree with this at all. There is nothing normal about that stop and the weight transferred pretty good to the front of the Hummer. That's not normal braking, especially since you never see a car in front of the Hummer. There is no car anywhere near where the Hummer stopped.

You are conflating two issues.

First, was there a reason for the Hummer to stop? The video doesn't show that one way or another.

Second, did the Hummer brake abruptly or abnormally. I'd say definitely no. In fact, the Hummer is still slowly inching forward when it is hit.

How does the witness know who said what?

Maybe it was the other way around.

Why is he stopping in the middle of a street like that?

What's the reason for that? Looks like he's instigating some kind of confrontation.

do you not fricking understand where Hayes stopped at was at least 200 ft from light. There were no imminent cars in front of Hayes causing him to stop how he did.
