After he intentionally rear ended smith it's pretty hard to then say smith is the aggressor.
Then to shoot a person in the back and multiple times is not showing he was in control.
It shows quite the opposite. This looks like murder to me.

OK, it's clear that there was a justified reason to chase him down to get his license plate. It is not a reason to shoot a man. That's what's wrong with our city. There is a certain culture that doesn't respect human life.

I wasn't too sure either bc I see no contact to either bumper. But after watching 30x, he taps the spare tire on the tail gate that is 2 ft above the bumper. That tire probably sticks out a good foot or so., it was too close to not hit it imo.
probably also explains why his tire gate was swung open at the shooting scene. the hit broke the latch or something.

Damn, whats it's looking to me like is that:
Will did rear-end Hayes
Hayes pulled off to exchange info but Will left.
Hayes followed Will and they had a confrontation in which alcohol was almost assuredly involved.
Will may have left the scene due to knowing he had a few too many and didn't want the NOPD involved.
None of this excuses a life being taken but this is what appears to have happened.
Will did rear-end Hayes
Hayes pulled off to exchange info but Will left.
Hayes followed Will and they had a confrontation in which alcohol was almost assuredly involved.
Will may have left the scene due to knowing he had a few too many and didn't want the NOPD involved.
None of this excuses a life being taken but this is what appears to have happened.

POS stopped short causing Smith to bump him. Looks like he wanted him out of the car which is why he didn't move his until Smith backed up and started flashing his lights. If all he wanted was his license, he would have followed for 5 seconds,gotten it, and then called police. Instead he chased him, rammed him from behind and then shot Smith and his wife. Hope he rots.

Agree.
There is contact. I think it's reasonable to think that if you were in the first car, you would have felt a jolt...enough to say "WTF?". But, it wouldn't surprise me if there was zero damage to either car.
It's really strange that Smith felt the need to run from that. My guess is that he was drinking.

there's contact but i'll say these things, the driving and distance between vehicles in those short videos is very strange and erratic. And then the way Hayes abruptly stopped for no apparent reason NO WHERE near the actual intersection and Will smith immediately being able to drive around and all the way up to intersection and continue proceeding is immediately shady shite. Plausible that Will knew Hayes was starting shite with him while they were driving down magazine hence why smith was keeping distance at some stops. And also why he didn't want to stop for this a-hole when he deliberately abruptly stopped.

You don't know if that guy was an eyewitness or not even if he's on the video talking about what he thinks happened.
No eyewitnesses have been identified other than the obvious: Racquel Smith and Kevin O'Neal, the passengers from 2 of the 3 vehicles involved in the second accident.

Could Hayes and Smith have had an exchange before this? Was Hayes waving his gun around before this and then made the sudden stop to create the confrontation? Did Smith drive away to try and avoid what was already a dangerous situation?
We don't know yet and this video is just on part of a larger story. We do know that Hayes life was not in danger.

look at Fox 8's video. Smith is 4-5 car lengths behind Hayes at the Washington Ave red light(the cars are moving in this video)
at the next Red light at Jackson, he is situated a full car length(maybe more) behind Hayes vehicle(stopped at the red light).
