If tweet fails to load, click here. Sounds like now he's in year 2 and has his QB, CKM is installing a much more complete offense with a lot of different looks, and following the lead of the Rams with more 12 and 13 personnel looks.
Underhill also commented that the speed of the offense stood out to him so far in OTAs

I am so fricking excited. Most jacked I have been for a football season in a long time.

As in the player speed, or the tempo?
**Saints were already the fastest tempo team in the league last year at 27 seconds per snap for those unaware.

Hope can often be more fun than expectations.
I wouldn’t trade the Brees era for anything, and it should obviously be the goal.
But going into every season Super Bowl or bust means you end almost every season disappointed.
There are so many outcomes this season that will leave me content and satisfied

I'm definitely not goin into it with huge expectations. Making the playoffs would be an extremely great start to building this thing.

You know, I agree with you about it an increased level of excitement. It seems like we have a stud head coach, a stud quarterback, and we have addressed most of our glaring weaknesses from last year. If our draft choices and UFA‘ s contribute, we should be much improved. Isn’t it amazing how quickly things can change in the NFL.

just actually having people with a pulse out there catching passes is a huge change from last year plus Shough with another year in the system should definitely help him take a leap.

I know this is the NFL not college, but I'm full of expectations. Aim for the stars, if you land on the moon oh well.
Look, this team is making meaningful progress in my eyes. I've said in an earlier thread that I expect three of our UDFA to make meaningful contributions; that's on top of our draftees. The Saints are no longer in neutral, they have finally shifted into forward .

I can’t wait. Even if we suck it’s still been a very different offseason than the couple before it to me at least. I haven’t genuinely looked forward to the Saints in a long while. I hope Tyson ends up being great.

I think he was referring to formations as much as player talent. CKM has the tools to run the offense how he wants now.
