Just say Mickey. Obviously none of the current coaches give a shite about firing DA. Also, Mickey being concerned about a fall off in AK's play is completely warranted.

Agreed. I wonder how much of the Carr experience was on him though. He’s such an elite DC but the HC gigs just never panned out for him.

Has nothing to do with it. DA was the HC of the entire team and AK is a player.
Compare their success at those positions if you like. If DA thought AK was bringing the team down he should have spoke with him about it.

Mickey didn’t want to fire his blow buddy DA but look at what’s happened since he did. He should be rewarding AK, not complaining about him.
