Trade to NOLA was blocked by NFL

I’m friends with a guy in the Saints organization. The FO is pissed off and kind of confused at the moment. Was actually supposed to be announced yesterday that Watson > NO but it was shot down
Expect some sort of spin of ‘the Texans/watson were asking for too much in return’ but that’s absolutely not the case
Saints got hosed. It will come out eventually

‘Blocked’ might not be the right word, but the league wasn’t gonna allow it to happen

I mean he’s never been wrong before. One time we were watching a game and he said they were going to fake a punt and they did so I trust this guy
