That's not correct. Her and her group own NON-ownership shares. That entitles them to a check for as long as they hold them but NOTHING else.

No she's not owed a ton of money.
They own shares, so that means they earn based off of what a share is worth. They will collect checks but they are NOT owed money in the way you are saying.

As far as I know, Gayle has no children to leave the team to and she is not a young lady. Leaving the team to Lauscha or someone else would incur a massive tax bill for the recipient they probably wouldn't be able to pay.

None. Ownership shares were never put in the trusts and I don't know if you can legally even do that.
If they want a huge lump sum they can sell their shares. Otherwise they can just hold them and collect smaller amounts over time.
