haven’t blamed Jameis for this loss. Just said he didn’t do anything to actually help the team win.

He’s so emotionally attached to Winston that he’s forced to repeatedly make shite up.

It’s pretty hilarious to watch. I love the fact that he’s completely ignoring botching that third downplay where he could’ve just run for 3 yards and instead decided to sail the wide receiver by 10 yards. But that never happened because it doesn’t fit his love affair.

You are correct not quite all three and outs but same result

You don’t have to be a Jameis defender to acknowledge the shite he’s catching here today is way over the top.

He’s a backup QB. 95% of backup QBs would perform pretty close to how he did today. What do y’all expect?

Winston is on the list of reasons we lost, but he’s down the list.

You do realize the QB is responsible for communication in the huddle, correct? There was clearly something being missed with him making the calls today.

Ok I gotcha. The QB needs to personally go over every eligible receiver’s route before they break the huddle on each play. Makes perfect sense. It is all Jameis’ fault. How could I not know that??

Number one the first drive you list ended up with Carr laying on the ground. Maybe, just maybe, that one wasn’t Jameis’ fault. Now if you want to be fair, discuss the drives that were stopped by penalties.

I’m sure it’s just a coincidence the offense always seems discombobulated when he takes over. Same as last year.

How else do you explain it happening all of a sudden when Winston came in? It wasn’t just once, it happened on 3 separate drives. QBs have trouble with play calls on the road all the time in the NFL. Stadiums are loud, just FYI.

How dare I suggest that the backup QB had an issue with crowd noise and play calls today

How dare you suggest that anything whatsoever could possible be the fault of Winston….

My question is why is it an automatic assumption that Juwan ran the wrong route instead of a quarterback who once threw 36 interceptions in a single season throwing the wrong route?

Did we have a problem with Juwan running a wrong route at any other point in the game?

Yeah, Grupe missed the game winning field goal,

We're making a bold assumption that the defense would have held the Packers if he made. I would not have bet on it.

Why are you moving the goalposts?? Exactly how does a QB have anything to do with the route a WR runs?? The TO’s we had to waste were absolute factors in the loss. And a lot of that (maybe even most of it) is on Winston and a lot is on Carmichael. Bad play designs and the route a WR runs is not on the QB. As much as you might want it to be, it isn’t.

Juwan had a yard of clear separation on an 8 yard route. That should be completed 19 out of 20 by a NFL QB, backup or otherwise.

It was simply a bad throw.

Totally changed the game when he came in

Yes, because the offense was rolling before he came in with a whopping 10 points and 1 TD.

If you are expecting your backup QB to overcome a bad OL and OC then be prepared for a long season

I dont care if Winston was purple. There was a reason he was our backup qb and honestly doesn’t provide much hope for this saints team.

Yeah, the offense was rolling with Carr this year. Oh wait, maybe it wasn't, and maybe it's fricking Carmichael ruining our fricking team
