Well he was scared to hang around with the saints without his QB, so yea he’s kind of a bitch.

He’s not here anymore. So you might as well get something while you can.

Payton is 60, he's looking to add to his legacy before it's too late. He wants a minimal rebuild, least path of resistance to another SB. I guarantee you he's put thought into having to play Mahomes and Herbert twice a year.

My dream scenario would be the Texans and I hope the unchecked power would appeal to Payton.
Are the Texans going to do that again considering what happened with BoB?

So the Saints in the awful NFC South isn't that option?

Not anymore. Did you watch the last two years?
He's not interested in a rebuild. He stuck around one year after Drew, saw what was ahead of him and bolted.

Right now in my opinion, Houston and Arizona makes the most sense to me, due to the fact that the teams in their division are not as good as you would see in the AFC West.
At Arizona, you would have to face a really good 49ers team, a decent Seattle team, and a rebuilding Rams team.
With Houston, you get a rebuilding colts team, a one dimensional Titans team trying to find their identity , and a resurgent jaguars team.
If the Saints can get those first picks, I say jump on it

We really need to shite can Dennis Allen and get a young hungry coach in here with a full draft of picks to work with. Then decide who on the roster needs to go to navigate cap hell. We're not getting a coach worth a damn in the future if he has nothing to work with unless we get lucky hitting gold with someone at QB.

You must be left-wing, don’t know how to use the word fact.

You’re not getting 2 first round picks forget it. Loomis will end up letting g Sean leave and probably send our 2nd round pick to the team he goes to just as a gift to his buddy. I seriously want Loomis fired so I hope we are the worst team in the league next year so he and DA can go to the unemployment office and the real rebuild can start. Promote Ireland and Khai Harley and let them find their own guys.

He didn’t do too bad drafting last year.

I think Denver is actually the least likely. They have the least flexibility. I think at this point, Payton really wants unlimited power, which he would have in Arizona and Houston. Out of the 3, I think he would prefer Arizona because of Kyler (being somewhat established) and then Houston because he could probably get to mold a top pick.

Saban says sup

Saban realized he got no joy out of coaching grown arse men who made more money than him and didn’t have to listen to him. He went back to college and became the greatest college coach of all time.
Makes me sick had he stayed at LSU we’d have about 10-12 championships

Right on the team, wrong on the compensation but I’m still happy to get two picks in the top 64 for a coach who was never going to come back to this team
Hope Payton absolutely fails
