We know what Dalton and Jameis bring to the table and it's not much. Both suck. One is a statue with bad vision and a limited arm and the other is a 1st round bust.

Dennis should have the nuts and try and turn this thing around with a spark that only Taysom can bring.

Hell, why not? Get penning back and just attempt to run a Baltimore type offense

I've not been a fan of this because of all he brings to the table as a swiss army knife but it's different now. This teams isn't going anywhere near the SB but the division is just bad enough that they could win it and be a 1 and done in the playoffs and keep that 1st pick somewhat high.

Not as starting QB but he should be involved in many more snaps.

Well judging from the season thus far, Taysom would.

The actual guy who was signed to be a backup, Dalton. Unless Winston is actually healthy. Even though they cleared Winston, I don't think he is healthy.

I would much rather try to commit to Taysom as QB given the challenges of this season and where we are now. And it would be much more exciting than the crap we saw on MNF.

At this point I agree, hell may increase his trade value when we send him in a package deal with SP. But, with the way he is utilized in Pete's offense, I don't think this is a valid point anymore

They really don't utilize him in as many unique packages like Payton does. There have been a handful of good opportunities to pull out the direct snap on the punt to him, and not done. Really haven't noticed a lot of pressure on him on punt block (think he got close 1 time). His utilization in the offense has been kind of bland from a play design. Pete seems to forget about him late in games.

T. Hill is not the answer. Dalton hasn't played that bad with only a rookie that is an above average WR. Hill will only make the offense worse if he is at QB.

Took you clowns, minus Chadboy long enough

Same shite as last year

Last year, board Worshiped Simean

This year, board Worshiped Dalton

Saints Lose for a month straight in horrific mind numbing fashion

Oh shite, let’s start Taysom now to bail us out

This is some twilight zone level shite

With the current QB's on this roster...yes he is.

They need to study the eagle's scheme for a few days then let Taysom play the role of Jalen Hurts.

It will work godammit!

Starting taysom is not an answer. It could be a bandaid. The problem is they've wasted 2 fricking years to adapt the offense to what was needed. I've been so disheartened by the situation.

It’s the best answer we have. We never said he was the franchise QB, we just realized he was the only avenue to win games given the current roster.

i guess i'm poorly saying starting Taysom is of course the correct thing to do butwe still have a shite head fricking offensive coordinator and a vagina head coach that labeled Taysom a TE due to moronic pressure from stupid fans only. Dennis Allen is a huge bitch and i no longer have any respect for him.

Do we really? I mean I agree about Dalton. He is what he is. And we know while Taysom is a hell of a football player, he isn’t an every down NFL QB. But the jury is at least somewhat out on Winston. He was playing pretty good football when he got hurt last year. This year he played pretty poorly (with the exception of one quarter against Atlanta). But can anyone guarantee that wasn’t because of broken vertebrae in his back. Or at least a plausible reason to explain playing poorly. I’m highly dubious we have our future QB on this roster, but we need to make sure with Winston.

I agree Jameis deserves another shot

It’s also entirely possible that he doesn’t want to play, given his next shot is his last shot.

The only receiver we have right now is the guy who dropped his bomb against Tampa and fumbled it for no reason.

Playing another bad game or 2 might be the end of Jameis’s career. Is he willing to risk it with this group at receiver and o line?

He probably is, but just playing Devil’s advocate here.

I think the only way to win with our current personnel, is go all in on Taysom and hope his love for the game rubs off on the rest of our currently pussified organization.
