For Stills?

ETA: no info that Stills is involved.
However, Mathis would be an upgrade to Grubbs and would open up #13 for LB or WR.

Crazy, yes, but in the end we will be alright. won superbowl without Graham. Unger will help more than you can imagine. Our drafting has been pretty good, especially in the mid to late rounds. We will be fine. We have a great QB. Thats the difference and now he will be able to step up into the pocket again and run game will be improved.

Don't know what for, but landing him would be badass.

Am I missing something? Why do we think this has something to do with the Saints?

He has generally been regarded as the best G in the league for the past few years. If they want Stills for him (they dont), then the Saints would take this and run

quote:

Pro Football Focus rated Mathis as the best guard in the NFL for the 2011, 2012, and 2013 season. In 2014, after missing 7 games due to injury, he was rated as the 2nd best guard

Mathis is amazing, but idk if it would be worth trading stills for a 2 year, 33 year old player

Evans was 2nd to last I believe.

Mathis has had 1 negative game since 2010 on PFF, -0.1

OP mentioned Stills, but I don't know where he's getting that or why anyone would assume it's the Saints.

Got any additional info SaintEB?

Would be a steal for us... I'd think we'd have to give up a significant draft pick though.. Mathis is a beast
