The downfall of our team in the playoffs has been poor interior OL play

It may not be the most sexy pick but this helps us when warford or peat inevitably bitch out.

But these retards are beyond reason.

Could have gotten a starter at guard later in the draft. Passing on a LB when that position is your biggest need was foolish.

I love when people say “could have done that later in the draft” how in the frick do you know that?

Apparently the FO that knows OL better than almost any other team disagreed

Everyone love sexy pics, but you could not be more correct. The NFL is won between the guards and we have solidified that position.

We can't get a LB later?

He may not have been my preference, but i never hate picks in the trenches and I like this pick. Our Oline and depth are scary good now

J, the Saints second leading WR last year in playoffs:

Deonte Harris 1 catch 50 yards
Ted Ginn 1 catch 18 yards

No other WR recorded a catch.

Can easily get a starting LB in round 3. We probably won't but it's easily doable.

I'm hoping for a WR.

They added Sanders already. Could be trying to get back into the second as well

They addressed that with Sanders.

Which is why the top Interior linemen in the draft went 24th overall...

Do you even Peat at 5/57 & Watford at $8mil a year & Eric McCoy giving up a 2020 2nd to pick him?

They essentially reached for this pick cause they gave up a 2nd to take McCoy last year. Don’t dislike the player but the need just isn’t obvious

You would have preferred the AZ St. receiver? I like him but I think the value of Ruiz was better

Could have gotten Bud Dupree!

Should have traded up for Reuben Foster!

WR if offense

Or OT if you go OL. A spot where it’s actually worrying grooming someone.

The need to groom a guard is just weird, hopefully they find a way for him to start this year without Watford being on the team

I'll be shocked if that isn't the real plan here.

We added Sanders...who are you taking there that helps that?

Normally I’d agree with you but after the last two years of watching a banged up OL being our un doing I’m ok with this. Maybe this doesn’t make is better on game one, but it does later in the season
