I usually dont give a shite about stuff like this, but for the author to say the case is clear and basically in the article say its not close is fricking insulting and pisses me the frick off.

That's the chiefs Blog writer of course he says that.

The narrative has shifted to Brees because we are blowing out good team's and look unstoppable.

The graphic on the top right is really fricking mind numbing as it points out Brees got fricking robbed already once of an MVP.

I know its better for the saints getting the 1 seed chances if the rams lose tonight but motherfrick I want them to light up mahomes tonight. Like 20 ints and 30 sacks.

Hopefully the Chiefs can win 6-3 in OT tonight and Mahomes thows for less than 200 yards and is picked off twice.

lol no way Brees doesnt get mvp if he keeps this up. Even is Mahomes has slightly better stats theres no way they rob Brees again.

Wish the Saints beat writers would pump Brees like that.

Hell - the Saints should too. Buy some billboards and shite. Colleges do it for the Heisman.

The Chiefs beat reporter thinks that Mahomes should win the MVP. Color me shocked

I do like that brees is going out and taking this MVP by playing lights out instead of getting it as a career achievement as some speculated may happen. It would have just been one more thing the ignorant detractors would have used against him

Once again, super bowl MVP > regular season MVP.

His whole argument is that Mahomes leads in yards and TDS. Now that all teams have played 10 games Mahomes is 3rd in yards.

Reality is they got their toughest two wins in weeks 1 & 2 so far AND the Steelers were awful to start the season. They started the season 1-2-1.

They are playing good football, but also have played crap teams since the Patriots loss until tonight.

Last 4 games since their loss, the records of their opponents have been a combined 14-25-1 (0.359 winning percentage). In that same span, the Saints opponent's combined records have been 23-16-1 (0.590 winning percentage).

Again, I think Mahomes has done well and got off to a great start with 10 TDs in his first two games. After those, he's averaged 2.6 TDs and 1 INT versus as schedule of teams with a combined 39-50-1 record (0.438 Win %) and only 1 team with a winning record.

Saints have played a combined record of 41-38-1 in that same time frame. That is a 0.519 winning % and 3 teams with winning records.

It will all work out, but both guys are deserving at this point.
