That was Brees’ only bad pass today.

He’s also really bad at making the correct read on the run pass option

Don’t think it was a bad pass. He kept drifting into coverage and Brees was throwing him away from it.

Yup. It wasn't a bad pass or a drop. Brees didn't want to throw a pick and Taysom ran a bad route by not sitting right there.

He does have a weakness. He sucks at tossing to ball to wide open players. A few weeks ago he missed an easy TD to Kamara. This week, Ben Watson

he has tiny hands. Which is why he'll never be our QB of the future

In both cases it was a touch pass both players could and should have adjusted to.

Not the best placement, but a soft pass that hit both players dead in the hands should be caught.

Edit:
Clicked the last post instead of the one before by mistake, but easy to see who I was responding to.

Just a bad play all around. I wish we had a better option than Hill running routes out there.

Was actually the best spot to throw the ball. Threw away from the defender. A great throw.

Brees threw it where he was supposed to stop but he drifted into coverage. That is why he said "my bad" to Drew when he walked back to the huddle.
