If they’re turning it over to Taysom then I’d go O line depth or LB.

If they’re set on moving on from Taysom then I wouldn’t hate grabbing Herbert or even Eason (could probably trade down to the 2nd and still get Eason). Drew very well may be gone after this season and we don’t want to wait til next year, draft a rookie, and give him the ropes. I’d rather draft a QB with all the physicals like the above 2 and let them sit under and learn from Drew for a year at least.

Brees' final year. Not looking to the future. Looking for one more piece that can get us another SB.

Two days we needed an OG, WR and LBer.

We resigned Peat and snagged Sanders.

So now we still need a LBer and an OG. So BPA at those position. I like Murray. Queen had a great postseason, but was just okay during the season. That scares me. Murray has been really good the last three years. Offensive lineman are always a good pick IMO.

Don’t think this changes our needs for a WR really

I would’ve said offensive line before Teddy, Brady, and Gurley all came south. I don’t think we can have enough playmakers on D this season. Especially with Rankins and Kiko and Anzalone and Davenport all having a history of missing significant time

ope we go for speed and more speed. At WR or LB'er you can't have enough.

This. I’d really like to see us grab a fast twitch WR who can take shorter routes/screens and break them open a bit. That’s really what we’re missing weapon wise.

I’d probably go BPA still with a lean towards LB or WR.

Imagine adding Justin Jefferson to CGM, Cook, and now Sanders. Plus Kamara and Murray still back there

I say Eason if he's there. If not then Kenneth Murray. Just my 2 cents

I don’t think anything has changed. We still need a WR with one of our first two or three picks.

I feel like if Murray and Queen are off the board if a guy like Tee Higgins is there they take him, Sanders is a slot guy so we still need another outside receiver I think he would be perfect, I just don’t see an OL good enough to take in the late first round unless somebody slides wouldn’t be surprised if we pick somebody like D.Lewis in the 3rd round he’s a pretty solid guard

Higgins stock is down

Denzel Mims is who you think Tee Higgins is

OT

Josh Jones Houston
Austin Jackson usc
Ezra Cleveland Boise

G

Caesar Ruiz Mich

CB

Trevon Diggs Ala
Fulton LSU
Terrell Clem
CJ Henderson Fla (long shot)

S

Delpit
Xavier McKinney Ala
Antoine Winfield Minn

DL

Gross-Matos penn st
Okwara Notre Dame
Gallimore Okla

LB

Queen
Murray
Baun Wisconsin

WR is wide open

I like Mims, but also

Jefferson
Reagor
Aiyuk
Pittman
Clay pool
Hamler

But a few of those guys could be available in the 3rd which is why I think they pass in the 1st

I don’t think you can go wrong with either of those 2 safeties but my dream pick is Kenneth Murray that guys speed next to Davis would be fun to watch those 2 fly around sideline to sideline

If Saints stay pat at 24 really depends who drops that you don't expect to be there at 24. I really like LB Murry because of his instincts and coverage ability. In saying that Saints could have another player at a different position rated higher who is available. Regardless, I feel they get a starter at 24.

I'm going to say either the usual BPA approach they seem to like or punter.

Best player available. Hoping that happens to be a WR. Glad they got Sanders but they should continue to build depth there. I don't trust any of the receivers coming back from last year outside of Michael Thomas.
