Bring stallworth up from the practice squad. Nice having a starter from Last season sitting on the practice squad

It definitely really hurts but Tuttle is turning into a stud so it might not be time to give up hope.

He really wasn’t playing any better than Tuttle, Brown or Onyemata

And with his injury history....we may not re-sign Rankins

Stallworth is serviceable

Hell he played a lot for us last year. We’ll be fine. I still don’t expect us to win shite but the Davenport injury hurts more than Rankins

Yeah rankins hasn't been rankins yet this year.
Tuttle is a player.
Davenport is the one that hurts

But we can still win it all
Just need trey Hendrickson to really reach his potential
And just hope no one else on the line gets hurt

Lets be honest about Rankins. He wasn't the player he was last year. That explosiveness never really was on display. Hopefully he comes back next year. The real problem is his durability. I doubt he gets a second contract here unless he balls out next year and stays healthy.

Hendrix is the only reporter on this so far.

Rankins had played pretty damn well but because of the depth he was getting much less snaps. If the saints keep him it really won’t cost them that much.

He wasn’t bad but he wasn’t good as last year either.

Let him heal start Tuttle

SI.com

Not much info, but this is all I can find.

According to a league source, the New Orleans Saints have some fears about defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins for the rest of the season. Rankins left the 49ers game on Sunday with an ankle injury. He exited the game in the second quarter, and was looked at on the sidelines. He never returned, staying mainly in one spot and down on one knee at times. Rankins never came back in the game, and wasn't spotted at all during the second half. We received word later that he was questionable to return.

A decision has not been officially made, as I'm told there's still some options being weighed on what will ultimately happen.

Another hit to the #Saints  defensive front: DT Sheldon Rankins, who left Sunday early, has an ankle injury deemed significant, sources say. At this point, it doesn’t sound like he’ll be able to return this season. Combined with Marcus Davenport’s Lisfranc injury, rough few days
