None of those cities have an acceptable NFL caliber stadium, nor are they planning to build one.

TOOOTALL DUMBFOOLERY ! As y'all know I am not Aints fan and love to let y'all know the Aints suuck and giving y'all crap but, selling the team... whaaaaat?

If you sell the team YOU WILL NOT GET ANOTHER FRANCHISE . (the market here,???). What other corporation will bring in the millions to the state economy that the Aints bring? I mean just doesn't make sense to me

I have to admit that 23 posters agreeing with you to not have a nfl team in nola is surprising. Maybe yall will get your way one day and you all join the fan club of local arena ball team.

San Diego Saints? That's not a bad idea.

That's true.

Back in 1967, NOLA was a growing and vibrant city with real industry and a real economy. Those days are so very long gone. Those days are never coming back.

No doubt, Texas and some of the other suggested markets would build a state of the art stadium in 2 years if the Saints move.

I mean no city is going to build an NFL stadium unless they have a team committed to move there

Are you kidding? After seeing the Panthers bought and run into the ground, we are far from the floor in terms of NFL ownership.
It’s too big a risk that a narcissistic billionaire who cares more about himself than anything will buy the team and ruin it. Coaches and players can be fired, traded, etc. Awful ownership stays for generations.

It’s hard to argue with the current state of the Pels and Saints we are not currently under awful ownership. Her prior business ventures scream awful ownership.

I give you credit for trying by comparing to Gayle to Tepper. It falls short. Sell the team.
