It's nice. So is the one on the north shore, for that matter. If he were looking for Character, a home on St. Charles or Audubon Place would have been the ticket or event he old money section of Dallas (by GWB).
Apparently that is not what they were looking for. Good luck to them. Hope they are happy there.
