Williams has already been suspended for a year and I don't think many people are complaining that it was too harsh. So why the hell does this dousch feel the need to let the world hear this speech.

What was this going to accomplish?

NFL Radio just had Mike Silver of Yahoo Sports on (broke the story) and said that Pamphilon came to him with this audio.

Said his impression of what Sean was trying to accomplish was to shed light on Williams' insistence that it was going to be done his way or they wouldn't see the field. Said Williams' proclaimed himself as the defaco defensive "head coach" and would bench anyone not doing what he said. Also said to his knowledge, this is the first anyone is hearing of this, NFL investigators included.

He painted a bleak picture of Williams' attitude. There seems to be legs to this "rouge coach" thing going around.

If this is true, then he should have made some reference to it in his statement.

I don't know. It was a 5 minute long interview. I can't remember everything that was said.
