Very exciting. Gonna be a primetime game as well. Everybody gotta know who is gonna win the South. Whoever wins gets the playoffs. Saints gonna get revenge and DA and Saints legacy continue.

Let’s win at home vs. Panthers & Giants to get to 7-7 before we even begin to think about that. If we lose either of those games, we’ll be eliminated from the divisional race before that Falcons game.

If we win this division at 8-9…

no one will be fired.

We’ll have the exact same coaching staff and most of the same players next year, aside from Michael Thomas.

Is this what you want?

Can't wait to spend the entire game booing Dennis Allen, Pete Carmichael and Derick Carr!

While it could happen, they suck too so outside of the Saints going 0-4 before that game, they still need to win a few games to win the division before week 18.

This is not a possibility anymore. Carmichael will be replaced after the season.

D.A. will be given a chance to fix the issues and if next season is more of the same (Which I expect, and actually to be worse because the other teams in the NFCS will be improving) then 2025 will be the year they clean house and blow up the roster.

If it means losing to the falcons to get DA and PC fired, I will learn to live with it.

They essentially have a two game lead over us with the tiebreaker. Buccaneers also have that tiebreaker over us too.

Also, Buccaneers and falcons are 4-4 in conference and we are 2-7.

I don't think so. 3 of our victories are against AFC teams, so the Falcons will likely own all tiebreakers against us.

We'd have to finish a full game ahead of them, meaning that even if we beat them in Week 18, we'd have to go into that game tied in the standings. I don't think that's likely.

The Falcons are young and hungry and playing their best football right now, and we are not. The vets on our roster are likely to become jaded. We're not going to see key guys like Lattimore dying to get back on the field like the younger Falcons guys in that situation would be.

I'd actually say the Bucs are more likely to win the South than the Saints are, because they can still win the tiebreaker with Atlanta.

This is why I think we should switch to Jameis as our starting QB even when Carr is healthy. Jameis leading us to 2 straight wins would be about the only thing that could get our veteran locker room fired up again IMO.

One other important factor is that the guy who is starting every game thread now holds a record of 21-25 and shows no signs of stopping. We need to switch game thread starters - I will try again this week, but once again I doubt that I'll get the buy in needed from you lads.

Let the Dennis Allen legacy continue on losing so we can draft Jayden Daniels! I just want to lose so Loomis will hopefully make a prime selection in Jayden!

Can you imagine the outrage if Daniels is on the board and considered the best player available and we pass on him?

It's going to take the Saints winning out and Atlanta/Tampa losing multiple games because they both have pretty much every tie breaker over us

OP is delusional. The Saints won't be able to win the NFC South by that time that game kicks off.

I’ve been a season ticket holder since before Drew Brees, and I must say as passionately as I can… frick this “team”!
