Interesting article by a redskins beat writer.
They seem to think he had a lot of potential.

How does this analogy work if we dont know what you look like or around the age range you are?

If I recall, there is a minimum time that a player has to remain on the active roster once signed from another team's PS.

I looked and didn’t see anything except they are guaranteed 3 weeks pay.

Since he looks about 8 maybe teams will be afraid to tackle him.

The redskins offered him a spot on the final roster when the saints came calling and he said nope.

Nice. We haven't really hit on any F.A./addition during the regular season yet. It's about time for a hit.

So maybe Ginn isn't close to coming back

Nah. I don’t see it as that. We need some quality at WR. I see this as an attempt to plan for next year and beyond. WR is arguably the weakest position outside of Thomas. Let’s see what he can do from a perspective of potential. Keep in mind most teams don’t have an offense and QB to make WRs as good as this staff can.

Solid move.

Hubbard plays on the line and did at Ohio State.
Urlacher was a middle linebacker.

Just crazy how you came to that conclusion.

6’3” -210 - 4.6 40 - great hands - great potential pickup at a rookie price

I like this signing a lot. Wanted him in the draft. If anybody could unleash his potential, it’s us.

He was a safety in HS, started at LB at osu and eventually DE.

No not yet.
So he was a de at Ohio State when you said he reminded you of urlacher, correct?

And he played no linebacker at Ohio State his last two years, correct?

Sorry I was just fricking with your boy Lester earl .
I remember watching simmie cobbs a couple times at Indiana and thought he was pretty good.
They had that huge qb a couple years ago.
Cobbs had a couple huge games
