probably thought he was better than anyone they'll get with a late round pick.

Nothing to lose pick. Guy was a top 100 pick after a stellar gamecock career.
6'3 215.
Heading to camp.

I remember when that guy torched Lattimore on 2 key plays to beat us when he was with the Raiders.

Other than that, he has been meh.

He’s 24 and had good chemistry with Carr in 2021. Good upside signing

Guy drafted in the third, traded for a 5th, cut, signed to a practice squad, and cut again.

Just another trash Raider the folks at Saints talk are circlejerking over.

Has anyone said we expect anything out of him outside of replacing the 5th receiver or possibly pushing the 4th receiver off the roster? If you aren't a fricking moron, you would realize he has the skill set we need in a situational receiver. If he doesn't pan out, who the frick cares. He is on a minimum contract and can be cut anytime.

Nobody is expecting him to be our #1, but definitely worth trying out when Smith, Baker, and Kirkwood are your other options.

Has also played on dog shite teams for dog shite organizations.

I’ll take it. We have the other discussion thread on this, I don’t think he has 1k in entire career, but I’m not hating it. Depth.

So a guy that’s been cut from 2 WR needy teams in the past year after being drafted at 81st just 3 years ago is now a 4th/5th depth option on a 53 man roster…and I’m the moron?

Oh lil guy.

He couldn’t crack the Chiefs active roster and they were hurting for WR.

TIL the Chiefs are a dog shite organization.

Yeah I mean he's got a big body and lots of athleticism. He's 100% on track to be the neo-Ojo, too. It was hilarious to listen to all the FFB guys talk about his comps during preseason last year. It was along the lines of a mix of Terrell Owens, AJ Brown, etc.

Is the roster at 53 in the offseason? Likely singed a league minimum deal to compete for a roster spot. No risk.

There being no risk doesn’t make it not stupid. Dude couldn’t cut it for the Falcons and Chiefs who were dying for WR all year. But yes, he’s definitely going to come in and “compete” for us.

Why bother saying anything obvious on this forum anymore? I read Derek Carr is better than Lamar Jackson in one thread and Bryan Edwards will compete for a spot the next.

Bryan Edwards fricking sucks. That’s why he’s been traded for a bag of chips and discarded like the wrapper.

You people are fricking miserable

If the Saints signed a good player you'd be mad they're "hurting the future salary cap" by "overpaying"

If they sign high upside cheap players they "fricking suck"

Just go be a fan of the Chiefs, you miserable frick
