I’m in this camp. Hold someone liable for any effects short or long term and I’m in. As of now no one is being held responsible for a vaccine made in under a year and that leads to the skepticism you see currently.

yeah especially when you have fans that have been buying seats for 20+ years, whether the team was good or bad.
The saints know the writing is on the wall though. they have alienated so many fans over the last few years.

So it isn’t the Saints choice to open their indoor venue to 70k people? And all the risks associated with that?
Going to a Saints game ain’t a right pal. Thousands of people have to put themselves in harms way to make an event like that happen. It’s not about you or your rights. It’s about mitigating the risk an event on this scale brings.
If you don’t want to go, sell the ticket. It ain’t that hard. If you do, show your vax card. If you don’t want to get vaxxed, get a test before you go.
There’s plenty of options, and just because they aren’t convenient for YOU doesn’t mean your “rights” are getting infringed upon.

Hope the Saints get sued and lose. There is probably a sizable part of their season ticket base that would not have renewed had they known at renewal deadline they would have to have a vaccine or be tested. The conditions under which fans bought tickets have changed Classic bait and switch.

Got a call last night from the Saints saying my account was selected for additional season tickets… so much for that strong secondary market and waiting list they claimed existed.
