And rest all the starters. Not getting a bye unless Seattle beats SF, and then it won’t matter if the Saints are 12-4 or 13-3, they’ll still be #2. GB isn’t losing to Detroit.
Of course, none of this matters anyway. Roger will just rig it to get whoever he wants in the SB again! (probably NE-SF for ratings)

Well, we need to win if we want the #1 seed...your plan stinks.

Didn't we lose to the falcons; GB can lose to the Lions.

Home field advantage is too important to give up on.

5-1 vs 1-6; too big of a difference to not pursue to the fullest

If we can’t beat Carolina with our practice squad, we’re not going to the Super Bowl anyway.
I didn’t say throw the game—I just said don’t risk getting Drew, Alvin, or Mike hurt in what is shaping up to be a mudfest. Rest up for the playoffs.

I watched that game. Lions kicked their asses but the refs just gave Packers the game.

GB looked bad at the beginning of the season, but now they’re legitimate.

They can't do that, not enough roster spots. No idea how the player's association hasn't made a deal about it.

They looked bad in the 1st half last night. 3 1st half turnovers on the road. They were lucky that they were playing against a Vikings offense that would have made Les Miles proud. I also watched them last week struggle with the Bears & shitty arse Mitch Trubisky.

The Packers aren't some juggernaut team this year despite what their record says & Rodgers definitely isn't the Rodgers of past seasons. That team is not scary at all.

Need a power failure just before kickoff to delay the game about an hour.

got this from another board

3 out of the 4 ways to improve our seeding require us to win. You play to win this game.

We’ll have a ton of defensive guys rest

But the offensive guys will play all 4

This board has been infested with a bunch of defeatist, soggy vaginas who are melting over games that haven't even been played yet. Bunch of low IQ pussies coming out of the woodworks.

Yes, with the 2 seed and a first round bye on the line, the Saints are going to just throw this game to the backups. You are a dumbass of epic proportion.

Not to mention we've lost to Carolina in meaningless Week 16/17 games multiple times.

You, sir, are a dumbass. Need to win for a chance at first or second. Detroit winning is probably not going to happen (they want the higher draft pick and nothing to play for). Seattle, on the other hand, is playing for a division and a possible bye as well.

If this were known fact, I'd be driving to Biloxi to bet the over.

Can't rest starters on an unknown. That would be stupid to do knowing the 1 seed is still potentially up for grabs. You play to win and let the chips fall where they may.

You’re nuts if you don’t think Carolina will play us tough. It’ll be hard fought, as usual.
