He is the best option so far.
There are a few young offensive guys i would bring in for an interview.
Da hasn't impressed me with his choices thus far.

I don’t really consider Allen, Nolan and Campbell retreads when we brought them on. Allen went from HC to our DC, Campbell went TE coach to TE coach, and Nolan went from DC to our LB coach. Like Doug Marrone is fine as our OL coach - but gross as an OC.
Gruden has really done nothing to warrant another OC job. Thus I’d consider him a retread if he were to land our open spot

After looking at this I'd rather go with a young guy like andrew jonoko. He should've brought in a guy like wes phillips. Pep hamilton would've been better than gruden.
I remember his offenses performing better. He is what he is a mediocre oc. Out of the choices so far he actually is the best option.

Gruden couldn’t stay in the house in DC… he’ll be fired mid season in New Orleans

What does this mean?
Marrone is pushing gruden. He hired him when he was with jacksonville.
The saints got a late start but da dropped the ball. He could've brought in a guy like pep hamilton or wes phillips before they got hired.
I'd even bring in a guy like andrew jonocko for an interview.
I think it's going to end up being gruden.

Not a good look

Campbell was Miami's interim head coach when we got him.

Bring in daddy along with him as Assistant HC and watch the NFL melt
He last coached in the NFL in 1983. I think the game has passed him by and he was a running backs coach anyway. Yes, I would expect everyone to melt, as hiring an 86 year old first time coordinator would be about the oddest move in NFL coaching history.

Kodi Burns to WR coach
That dude is terrible
auburn WR's were horrible under his coaching
Michael Thomas is gonna eat this guy alive in the coaching room

I think Jay Gruden would be a really good hire. He has made Andy Dalton and Kirk Cousins look great in his offense. You can argue that Kirk cousins looked better in his offense with no weapons Then he does now in Minny with a stacked roster. His true downfall in Washington was the GMs decision not to commit and sign cousins and inability to get him more talent.
Then I see people talking about Pep Hamilton. What has he done? One good year in Stanford with Luck as his QB. Indy hired him and he held the offense back. When he got fired the offense got better.

Pep hamilton had the 14 and 6th ranked offenses his first 2 years in indy. They went 11-5 both years.
The 3rd year luck got hurt for more than half the year and it was ranked 24th.
He did some good things last year with davis mills. Go look at the ranks of jay gruden's offenses. They aren't that good.

Quit hiring these boomers. Get some young blood in here.
They had their time and probably the greatest benefits of any generation.

A lot safer to hire experienced play callers than young, unproven guys. You know what you’re getting. A young guy is more likely to be a bust and get a HC on the hot seat quick, especially when the roster is ready to win now. That being said, I’ve always liked the scheme Kyle Shanahan runs and think that it would compliment our current roster well…but, we’d likely have to hire a young guy to run it.
